2) the look of the product and its components are preserved: there are no mechanical damages, scratches, scrapes, and for products in single-use (blister) packaging - if the packaging is not opened;
3) there is a cash receipt (an invoice) on the purchase of product;
4) preserved factory seals, protective films on the product;
5) the period of 30 days didn’t pass.
- Please note, if the goods sent by you are not refundable, we will be forced to send it back at your expense.
- Our Service proposes you the following process:
- we have to authorize your return so that you have to contact our support;
- we need the order details, f.e. name of product, order number, date of purchase and the reasons for return;
- we will tell you a shipping address of manufacturer;
- manufacturer is obliged to check if all criteria are met
- we will refund the costs to your bank account. Please note, that our Service doesn’t pay for applicable fees and taxes.
